Perfume Workshop Terms & Conditions
Workshops are held on a tight schedule, please be respectful of the hosts and other guests by arriving before the start time so that you can find your seat and settle before the workshop begins. Doors will open at 8:30AM for a 9:00AM sharp start.
Please make sure you want to attend this workshop. Due the the limited space and the type of workshop we are running, please note that all paid bookings are non-refundable. If you are not in a position to attend a booked workshop, please let us know before 14 days of the scheduled workshop. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, we would be happy discuss the transfer of the same payment value to another class or workshop, by negotiation between both parties. Failure to notify us of your cancellation before 14 days of the scheduled worshops, will result in complete forfeit of payment.
Food and Beverages will be served throughout the day. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so that we have enough time to arrange proper alternatives for you.
You will be physically working with essential oils and other raw materials. Please let us know of any allergies or anaphylactic reactions you have so that we can be aware of this on the day and make any necessary adjustments.
If unforeseen circumstances arise where we have to chance locations of the workshop, we will notify you of the change in location either by phone call, text message and via email, when we have made proper alternative arrangements.
If unforeseen circumstances arise where we have to cancel the workshop, we will refund 100% of paid bookings.
Accessibility. The workshop site unfortunately has mobility related challenges. Whilst we do have a wheelchair accessible and step free entry, we unfortunately do not currently have Accessible toilets on site.
All ingredients, materials and workshop notes will be provided on the day.
