Malano Digital Gift Card

Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given for remaining card balances. Remaining balances can be redeemed for future purchases.

Malano are not responsible for any Digital Gift Card that is lost, stolen, damaged deleted or destroyed or used without permission. No replacement voucher will be issued under any of these circumstances.

Malano are not responsible if any Digital Gift Card is rendered unsuitable for redemption through no fault of Malano.

Digital Gift Cards and other Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Digital Gift Cards.

Digital Gift Cards that are purchased from Malano will be delivered to the nominated inbox on the order once payment has been validated and approved.

Your Digital Gift Card can be used to make purchases up to the initial Digital Gift Card value or the remaining value on your Digital Gift Card. If you want to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Digital Gift Card value or remaining value on your Digital Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

Malano Digital Gift Cards are not able to be reloaded or topped up.

Our Digital Gift Cards have no expiry date and are redeemable from their time of purchase.

Please allow up to 48hrs for cards to be issued. (Refer to the Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions)

There are no refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a fault or damage upon receipt of goods, please send a photo from your phone to our email address, and we will be happy to replace the faulty or damaged item.

Now and then a dispensing unit can be defective and because we are not allowed to check how the pump dispenses, we cannot control quality on pumps and atomiser sprays. However, we will pay to re-send another one as soon as practicable.

Malano has a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. We do not exchange for change of mind, or if you have a custom skincare product that irritates your skin, we don't refund, but we reformulate and send it free of charge to ensure that our customers are delighted. You must return the skincare and send a detailed reason why it has been returned. We are always open to discuss and prefer this over, a customer not returning.
