Giving-back Follower Giveaway Information, and Terms & Conditions

 

Because we are extremely grateful for all of our customers, and followers across our socials, we wanted to give a little something back. So, we have decided to do a Giving-back Follower Giveaway.


What is the Giving-back Follower Giveaway?

Once a month we will be choosing at random, a follower across our social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and YouTube, who will receive a random product of our choosing. The draw will be done at random, each month.

The chosen follower will be notified via tagging on the giveaway post or story, and/or sent a direct message on social media. The chosen follower will have three (3) days to reply to the message we send, and follow the instructions provided so that we can send the product to them.

If the follower drawn does not respond within the designated time frame, we will redraw a second person’s name who will also be given three (3) days to respond. If that person also does not respond, then a third (3rd) and final person will be drawn for that month.

There will be no charge or cost associated for this giveaway, and the product will be shipped at our cost.

We will not send an email or message asking you for any payment/credit card details, or send you a message asking you to follow/click on any link to claim this giveaway product. If you receive a message or email asking for such details – please notify us as soon as possible, as well as reporting the person sending the message/email to the appropriate platform through their processes. ie: reporting to Facebook if on the Facebook platform.

Currently this giveaway is for Australian residents only. We will check each drawn followers’ account to see their location; and we will confirm location in the correspondence sent to the winner/s. We reserve the right to change this condition upon our discretion, at any time.

This is NOT a competition, so you do not need to take any action to have the potential to be drawn, other than be following us (Malano/Malano Australia) on one (1) of our social media accounts. 

This giveaway is not redeemable for credit or cash, and will not be exchanged for another product.

There may be times where multiple winners are chosen. The conditions, and process of this will remain the same as a single person draw.

We reserve the right to change/update these terms and conditions for this giveaway at any time, for any reason, and without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

This giveaway is a small way for us to show our gratitude, to give back, and to say Thank You to all of you for being a part of our community, following us across our journey, and supporting us and our business.
