Your first burn will take approximately 3 hours for the wax to melt to the edge of the glass.
At this point, blow out your candle gently and allow the wax to reset before relighting.
Each subsequent burn, should not be less than 2 hours or more than 4 hours.
Why is this so important? Soy wax has a burn memory. Each time you burn your candle, burn it to the edge of the glass so that your candle does not tunnel.
Never move a burning candle, as this can affect your wicks. Extinguish first, ensure wax has set before moving.
Never burn your candle in drafty areas.
Each time you relight your candle, trim off the mushroom or tip, making sure your wicks are no less than 1cm in height.
If the wicks are too short, it will affect the integrity of your candle.
A perfect burning candle all depends on where the wicks sit, they must always be in the original position.
If you notice your wicks have moved, gently reposition your wicks to the original position, while the wax is still
liquefied, ensuring you don’t get wax on the tip of the wicks.

Do not burn right down to the base.

Items will be packaged to send on the day of orders coming through. Please allow the next day for the courier to pick up and delivery times vary between states. Postage does vary between items, so please read each item carefully. We use Couriers and Australia Post for Express.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
There are no refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a fault or damage upon receipt of goods, please send a photo from your phone to our email address, and we will be happy to replace the faulty or damaged item. Now and then a dispensing unit can be defective and because we are not allowed to check how the pump dispenses, we cannot control quality on pumps and atomiser sprays. However, we will pay to re-send another one as soon as practicable.

We do not exchange for change of mind, or if you have a custom skincare product that irritates your skin, we don't refund, but we reformulate and send it free of charge to ensure that our customers are delighted. You must return the skincare and send a detailed reason why it has been returned. We are always open to discuss and prefer this over, a customer not returning.
